• Native format for dates and events
The platform receives and stores the information in their native format, in order to avoid any information loss resulting from the conversion.
• Rule-based
All data processing is rule-based, so they can be easily adapted to the customer’s needs.
• Multi-tenancy
It can be used for multiple services. For instance, one national TIC can provide the platform to several regional TICs and ensure that operators and services can only access the data for which they are responsible.
• Scenario visualization
The visualization functions are based on a map of the territory and a database containing both static (routes, location of plants and infrastructures, etc.) and dynamic information (real-time traffic data, location of LPT vehicles, accidents localization, construction sites).
• Anomaly Detection & Anomaly Resolution
In the event that the same traffic event is reported by various city authorities, the platform automatically recognizes any similarities, merges similar events and reports any discrepancies to operators.
It consists in converting the information into a different standard from the original one. A typical scenario is the data publication via FM radio, for which the data must be provided in RDS-TMC standard, or on digital radio, which instead needs the DAP-TPEG standard.
• Multi-channel and multimedia mobility alerts
Adapters, protocol converters and software modules to automatically acquire and distribute information on different communication channels.
• Automatic generation of events and alarms
The feature allows for automatic creation of congestion events from raw data provided by sensors or floating car data. In response to abnormal traffic conditions, the system generates alerts that signal to user-operators out of the ordinary situations, allowing them to carefully monitor the evolution of the situation.
Compatibility with the exchange of traffic data between individual authorities, regions and the CCISS as required by the ITS Directive. Traffic data exchange protocols according to European standards (DATEX II, TMC)
